Architecture and Smaller
From Building Block to Spatial Architectural ObjectRed is a celebration of courage and experimentation.
Accordingly, no winners will be announced among the selected participants, so that Red remains solely a platform for narrating, reviewing, and thoroughly analyzing twenty endeavors in the realm of boldness and experimentation.
Arising from careful observation.
Progressiveness and vision.
Relevance.
Red invites participants to present their innovative projects along with comprehensive insights. Red’s proposed framework for presenting the essence of innovative works has a three-stage structure:
Phase One: Quantitative Review of Works A quantitative review of items such as document deficiencies, non-compliance with intellectual property rights, or failure to meet the condition of the number of projects submitted per participant. Additionally, a preliminary content review, including deviation from the Red scale or non-compliance with the ready-to-build condition.
Phase Two: Selection of Works A combination of architects from outside Iran will evaluate the received and reviewable works and compile a list of selected works. This list includes up to 13 works in the completed projects category and up to 7 works in the ready-to-build projects category.
Phase Three: Presentation and Analysis The selected participants present their works in the presence of analysts and the audience. The presentation time for each work is 10 minutes. The analysts, using diagrams and verbal discussions, thoroughly examine and illuminate the latent potentials in the works.
Exhibition of Works Those interested in architecture and experimental projects can visit the selected works on presentation days.
